1.    The holiday schedule is based on official government announcements. Any changes will follow the latest notice from the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration.
2.    Sample receiving is available Mon. to Fri. and will be closed on holidays and national holidays.
3.    Any service changes due to training or events will be announced via email and the official LINE account.
4.    Tests affected by holidays or force majeure will be postponed to the next available testing date.
