Peli BioThermal™ is a global brand in cold chain packaging. The main purpose is “Protecting life-saving products.” Such as drugs, vaccines, blood products, medical devices, and emergency products. Peli BioThermal™ can provide with suitable payload, temperature, and duration for the user’s needs.
About components
Peli BioThermal™ shipper design concept is cubic style, every side use temperature-controlled material which let it maintain in stable temperature while transportation. There are two types for using, single-used CoolGuard™ series and reusable Crēdo Cube™ series. From the outside to the inside, it is divided into three components:
- Outer: CoolGuard™ series use corrugated boxes, and Crēdo Cube™ series use PP plate sheet boxes (56 liters or more use kraft corrugated boxes).
- Middle: CoolGuard™ series use Styrofoam (CoolGuard™ Advance contains VIPs), and Crēdo Cube™ series use high-performance VIPs.
- Inside: CoolGuard™ series use BIRCs, and Crēdo Cube™ series use TIC™. Two types of plates are filled with integrated PCM.
